The forum is designed for national leaders who have a role in the development of technology in learning.
Participants from across the world are welcomed, especially representatives from:
- Government and ministries.
- Government agencies / local and regional government with a remit for learning.
- Organisations supporting learning such as schools, colleges, further education, training providers etc.
- Industry providing technology and technological facilities for learning.
- Research and academic organisations undertaking and disseminating work in this field.
- Other associated network organisations who influence policy and practice in learning.

Please note: A video record is made and kept of selected parts of the event and two official photographers will be present throughout to take still images of the event and its participants. These may be used on the LATWF website, by LATWF partners in their promotional materials, selected material may be made available to national and international media upon request and the organisers, who retain ownership of all material, may agree other uses appropriate to the event.
