The Learning and Technology World Forum was held in London, England during 11 – 13 January 2010.

11 - 12 January 2010 - Day programme

The day programme took place at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, situated opposite Westminster Abbey and close to the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.  It was perfectly placed for participants to make the most of what London has to offer. 

It was also in walking distance from three mainline and two underground stations.

11 January 2010 – Evening reception

The private evening reception was hosted at the prestigious Lancaster House, a government owned historic house managed by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. 

12 January 2010 – Official dinner

The official dinner was hosted at the spectacular Natural History Museum, famous for its exhibition of dinosaur skeletons and ornate architecture. 

Transport to Lancaster House was provided for participants. 

13 January 2010 – BETT / Closing plenary

BETT, the world’s largest educational technology event, took place at Olympia exhibition centre. 

14 January 2010 – Optional educational visits

All educational visits were held in London.  Transport was provided.


All venues were ideally located with superb transport links. 

We provided directions to help participants get to all locations easily.
